Vanity FairMature

Imitation is a perfect sign for lack of originality
One era whored to death for your need of attention
1990 ended for a reason and not just the fashion
It’s just that we all moved on, even the musicians

If you’re going to emulate then chose the intellect
not the piss-poor choice in clothes or anorexia
No one’s life is worthy of a novel when
they all end the same fucking way

A black sheep can never stand out in its own herd
so no, they won’t remember you
The illusion of poetry hidden behind self harm
well you was always about image, wasn’t you?

I always wondered how embarrassed they must feel
when you thrust second rate literature into their saddened eyes
Speaking to someone for five minutes
doesn’t mean they are friends for life

The End
