Under the flakes

Snow covered meadows calms the night,

Sounds silenced by the icy flakes,

White glare tree branches sends,

Winter whispers it's lovely cites.

Below the tree he stands,

Looking towards the dark sky,

Spreading wide his freezing hands,

Catching flakes as they falls by.

Joy fills his loving heart,

In his thoughts she is standing beside,

She's not near but she's not far,

For his thoughts she's is a guide.

Mesmerized he fell to the chill,

Awoken, surroundings he scans,

Meet her soon he know he will

Then she'll warm his freezing hands.

The End
