Two paths

Its like robert frost's 'the road not taken', tweaked to represent me

Sometimes she wonders where she's supposed to be

Or if she is who she is supposed to be.

She wonders what this life has in store for her.

Sometimes she feels sure of where she wants to go,

while others feel lost and try not to let it show.

She lives her life from day to day,

and loves everything in every single way.

But sometimes in the night she lies and stares

and hopes for answers through unanswered prayers.

Should she go left, or she choose right?

The roads are as dark as a moonless night.

She hesitates not because she is scared,

and not even because she is unprepared.

She sits and ponders over which road to choose,

simply because she doesn't want to lose.

The End
