Two Hearts
Two hearts, each shattered beyond repair
Each enveloped in a shroud of nightmares
No way out, no light at the end of the tunnel.
Two hearts, each broken, yet longing for another
Sympathy, empathy, anything to chase away the darkness
Two hearts, discovered by each other
A light at the end, a ray of hope
Two hearts, conquered by love
Darkness illuminated, demons exorcised
Two hearts, longing to stay with one another
Forever and for eternity
