To the Writers

How do you write

About the things that make you speechless

How do you name

A nameless fear

How do you explain

The oblivion that is your mind

The void

Of your thoughts

These are the impossibilities

That authors like you accomplish

These are the things

That we conquer with each and every word

These are the challenges

Of a writer

A war not fought with dagger or sword

Equipped with nothing but letters on a keyboard

We make worlds out of sentences

We make feelings with each paragraph

People out of a blank page

We ignite passion

And inspiration

We make lives bettered

With few movements

We create an escape

From reality

We make the unimaginable thinkable, believable

We are small miracles, in the world.

The End
