The World is not needed now, the life fading away.
The seas dream of land, and the land wishes to fly free.
Man has abandoned their only abode, to seek adventure afar from their true home.
No more car horns, honking in the wind.
No longer a dog, barking a neighbours kid.
It feels as if time has forgotten, what once past.
Life ticking on, picking at memories missed once lived.
The stars gaze down twinkling at the graves, pity is not given for we gave none.
We lost our war,
but some claim we won,
battling it out until our sun twinkled to none.
