The War

Our character is standing on a hill during winter while the snow is falling recalling events of the past and present.

                                         Outside it was winter,
snowflakes silently landed onto my orange hair.
                                         Outside it was winter,
the winter war we’d all been waiting for was now upon us.
                                         Outside it was winter,
my red-haired lover would soon die.
                                         Outside it was winter,
his name is Sebastian, Sebastian Valkaire.
                                         Outside it was winter,
I’d never get to say goodbye.
                                         Outside it was winter,
never again would I say “I love you,” and he’d hear it.
                                         Outside it was winter,
I was standing on a hill next to a Sakura tree.
                                         Outside it was winter,
The tears I’d been trying to hold back finally fell down my face as I started to cry.

The End
