The moon hung on the sky

The moon hung on the sky

Just like an afterthought

Half there

Half not.

I sat sunk into my silence

Just like a stone

That still

That alone.

Meanwhile you were shining

Just like a newly discovered star

That near

That far.

And the world continued its lopsided turn

Just like a dizzy fizzy girl

That mysterious

That unfurled.

The End
