a Beautiful Longing

The time for being strong
Has only just begun
As the wind mourns
Through the bamboo trees

She feels her heart fading
Softly swaying sadly
Around in the darkness
Of the shadow afternoon

Soon she has to return
With new eyes and heart
Carefully opening
Before the love once one

Lingering in the emptiness
Of the silent wise
Comes the faith
truth galloping in wonderful strides

She doesn't know it yet
Her path of a thousand miles
Layed out
among the stars

The End
