Cake

Frosted chocolate layers,

Of fruit or sponge,

Cemented together with cream,

Mistakes cleansed over in snowy-white icing,

Sugar-characters pressed into the soft layer,

Names, messages, pictures,

Iced onto the tables's edible centrepiece,

Amateur home-economics students,

Ladle the gluey chunks onto the plates of their unsuspecting victims.

The End
