The Iced Mind

I float lifeless and frozen under the ice

The cold water carries my soul through

Visions of nothingness

Sights of forgotten history

Emptiness so quiet

My limbs are dead, so is my future

Bubbles raises to the ice covered surface

All so wonderfully blue

An underwater paradise

A calm so freezy yet warm

Protect me from that human world

Above my head flies crows in circles

I do not see them,

I do not hear them,

But I know them so well

They are the ones who'll cry for me

Let them feast alone in the shadows

As my view fades

My body is crystallized

My hair flows gently

With the streams of eternal beauty

Here I leave this scarred shell

The End
