The Heart's Worth

I can only speak my point-of-view

and my life's experiences.

I witnessed life and death,

so I take what i'm writing serious.

You ever felt the pain

when a person you love is gone,

but for the sake of the one's around you

you act like there's nothing wrong.

I'm saying it takes a strong soul

to put another's feelings first.

That's the way you measure your heart

to see what it's really worth.

The End
