The First Descent

Uh... this is about how Satan or Lucifer or the Devil (whatever you want to call him) became what he is. This is about his plummet from Heaven.

Two brothers, spitting foul things

And brandishing pure wings,

Raising them high above their heads.

One with six, three on each side,

And white, so blindingly white.

The other has just two, mottled

Wings that are pretty until

You get close. They battle, and one is

Pushed off the edge, his six wings

Trapped against his body as he falls.

His hands are stretched above him

As he tumbles past where the light ends.

The End
