Lack of Feeling

She feels the pins and needles resonating from the tips of her toes
They twinkle like stars, buzzing through her nerves like a swarm of bees
And she feels them, however faintly
She remembers that sort of feeling vaguely
From her time above, that time in life
Already, it feels like so long ago that she passed
Feels...she remembers...she is losing blood circulation
Of course; since her blood has stopped flowing, coursing through her veins
She understands the humming in her body as
Lack of feeling
But how was she still so aware...
So aware of what she was feeling...

The End
