Nature

Frozen leaves sway in the breeze
below the grow fields
upon that glimmer below the pale skies
A single rose of a heartbeat
hides the imperfections of a broken earth
Silence reigns in a serene comfort
that permeates the docile lives
of Mother Nature's dreams of a golden sun

I open my eyes to the chill of Winter
embraced by the misunderstood touch of grey
My heart swells with simple joy
of the saffron glow of the evening
Spider webs soaked in a diamond dew
pattern the careful strokes of the oaks cluster of branches
reaching for a world unknown to them

The End
