The Day You Left Me

The Day You Left Me

I love you,
You loved me.
You moved on,
And let me be.
My heart was torn out,
And thrown onto the floor.
You looked up,
Then walked out the door.
I called your name,
I called it twice.
You just stabbed my back,
With a cold, hard knife.
I begged,
I cried.
I wanted you back,
And I really tried.
I tried to be nice,
I tried to be sweet.
I tried to be caring,
I tried to let you be free.
But it wasn’t enough,
No, it never was.
No matter what I did,
It didn’t earn your love.
I trusted you,
I gave you my heart.
You stood there,
And tore it apart.
You walked out on me,
And now I’m alone.
I don’t even know where,
I can now call home.
I need you back,
I promise it’s true.‚Ä®Because there is no me,
Without you.

The End
