Shadows

They leap and stretch

Distort and bend,

But I laugh

For the shadows are my friends.

In world of Ice

In world of storm

The shadows take

Most every form.

They laugh and whisper

Swirl and strive

Almost as if

They were alive.

They go unnoticed

No one can wield

The power of

A shadows shield.

Yet they leap and stretch

Distort and bend

But I laugh

For the shadows are my friends.

The End
