Disorderly Sleep

Snoring orange elephants
Are sleeping in my bed
Wearing purple hippy pants
And gloves of cherry red

Hard to get to sleep it is
With trunks all in my hair
Wading through the greyness 'tis
About time for some air

I walk out to the balcony
Where blue apes gaily trot
They wave and ask the time of me
It's forty on the dot

I waltz into the living room
To see what I can find
And by me does a donkey zoom
...I think I've lost my mind

The End
