Chapter 20Mature

It's true chaos to have the morals of Life
burned by its own creation
The effect it tolls on
is too devestating for anyone to account

There was a time when I thought that
maybe the wound would be patched
But it isn't until you've stared death in the eyes
that you realize that there is no recovering
from The Flame
That even if you slapped a band-aid over it
It only festers beneath
Digging into the skin
Running through the veins
munching like a virus

But it doesn't kill you
It eats your existence

A fate much worse
when you have to endure
the suffering that can't kill you

The End
