Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except Me And My Monkey

My name is Tom, this is my monkey Bart;
We’re out here on the street, playing our part.
We tell it like it is - I do at least;
Bart doesn’t say much because he’s a beast.

I’ll tell you that you look fat in those jeans -
It’s the truth, I’m not trying to be mean.
Too many people will lie to your face;
I believe truth can be our saving grace.

When Bart covers your face with his feces,
It’s simply because he hates your species.
He has no agenda hidden away,
He just prays for your doom every day.

Lady, there’s no need to get mad at us;
Lower your voice and could you please not cuss?
Fine - go on, keep living your silly lie.
But hun? Our silence you can never buy.

The End
