Old King Cole he wasn't a merry old soul!

Recommend

Old King Cole,

Was no merry old soul,

In truth, he was a cranky old dude,

He'd curse and spit,

He'd throw a most awful fit,

He was known to be crude and rude.

Ole King Cole,

Was a grouchy old troll,

Especially when he was sauced.

He'd fight and brawl,

Bad names, he'd call,

He was not to be bucked or crossed.

Ole King Cole,

Was downright droll,

When he came to matters of mirth.

He'd whine and groan,

He'd cry and moan,

He was the most miserable man on earth.
