Jack Sprat's secret scandal

Jack Sprat, it was well known,
Left the fat on the bone
For his obese wife Joan
To consume with a moan!

But this view was quite wrong:
In truth he ate too long,
With gusto and a song,
He dined more like a throng!

How didn't he weigh a tonne?
Weight lifting, daily runs?
By a meal reduction?
Hell no! Liposuction!

The End
