The Answer
I know the truth after all this time
Who is innocent and who did the crime?
It was the girl and not the guy
She was the one who told all the lies.
After all the drama, just as I thought it might,
It ended with her and us in a big fight.
She never said sorry, but I’m over that pain.
I hope one day we can be friends again.
Of all the conflict this whole thing has caused
Now I think it is finally paused.
If it will play again, I am not sure
But I know that I’ll be more ready than before
And of course, all it fair in love and war.
