The 1,000 Wonders of Meye

Strictly speaking, that's not 1,000 but it's a start.

This is just the first rough draft for it. The idea came to me in the car whilst listening to my MP3 player and the song from Pocahontus called 'Colours of the Wind' gave me the idea of this world that was entirely anthropomorphic; it'd take me a while to explain how I got that from that song but I don't think it matters.

The 1,000 Wonders of Meye

Somewhere away from the world we know

There’s a beautiful planet where we can go

With wild grass

And trailed glass

In this land called Meye

In this land called Meye

You shall treat your eye

Won’t you come on by

To a land called Meye

In this land called Meye

There’s a thousand treats for the eye

Like the swinging cats

And the vampire bats

With chits and chats

In this land called Meye

In this land called Meye

There’s a thousand treats for the eye

Like the science ants

Scare you out of your pants

With the spooky chants

In this land called Meye

In this land called Meye

There’s a thousand treats for the eye

Like the howling wolves

With their sacred scrolls

Used for the controls

In this land called Meye

In this land called Meye

There’s a thousand treats for the eye

Like the pretty forest

Filled with Torus

Made just for us

In this land called Meye

In this land called Meye

There’s a thousand treats for the eye

The saddened deers

Who need to dry their tears

The knifes are shears

In this land called Meye

I’m afraid this land called Meye

Cannot be dropped on by

Because the sun and rain

Are all so plain

Because the owner is vein

Please stop the pain

It would be a shame

In this land called Meye

The End
