Tea Cups and Tainted Water

Tea Cups and Tainted Water

Growing up,

Innocent and pure.

Hoping to be famous,

Or something more.

Every child,

Has a dream of their own.

Every child,

Has something bestowed.

They each have,

A special gift.

When someone doubts it,

Their spirits sure don’t life.

They are just children,

Having tea parties and playing ball.

They don’t know that when their dreams fail,

They fall.

They are no longer drinking,

Tea from the cups.

They are drinking tainted water,

And filling up.

This is what society has done,

It has ruined the minds of kids.

Society has corrupted our younger generation,

And there is no way to forgive.

The End
