Taking Back my Imagination

Take back your imagination.

                                   Taking back my imagination

                           Retrieving my creation

When we use to dream like a child

Back in the day when I still smiled

But now that reality tried to come

Not sure where it came from

I have grown so very old

And lost all the stories that were told

I truly want to spread my wings

                       Think of the cliché things

              Run to my own place

Return to my own space

This world where no one will reach me

Somewhere that belongs to the carefree

                             Keeping myself lost in daze

A place where spirits are ablaze

I will break the binding chain

Release all of my bottled pain

            Let my creativity finally fly

To reality…I wave good-bye

The End
