Take Me To Twilight
Take me to twilight
For I'm weary of the day.
Take me where the darkness
Ofthe world fades away.
Where silence reigns
Over tormenting thunder,
Where dreams are reality
You forget your blunders.
Where things are right again
And they go my way,
Solitude is my companion;
Take me there I say...
When the world's too much
And you think you're going under,
One thing will never change
And that's the magic of slumber.
I lie and I wait for
The night to overpower
The day as it says;
"See you in eight hours."
