Speak

We are all

Free spirits

In the start.

Wind dances with hair,

Beethovan's symphonies play

In a soul

The world’s grace and wonder

Of not black,

White,

Or gray;

But pinks and rose purple.

We are simply

Free...

Then time persues

Our anguish filled

Hearts

We loose those closest

To us,

WHY?

Because we are no longer

Us.

Because they remember

The people we wanted to be

We loved being...

But can't

Because we've forgotten them

And as we've forgotten,

They sluggishly forget too...

The universe is cold

Unjust

We're caged.

But only a caged

Bird can be released

When the captor

Tries to hold it,

Keep it close

Out from inhibiting

Bars.

Then, before lifeless wings

Can patter

With entire might

Into a heavenly new

Sky

Of Pink and blood purple...

The End
