So I've Heard

Have you heard?

So I’ve heard,

So I’ve heard,

There were feelings for me.

Now I know,

Unfortunately,

That ship has sailed.

One thing I’ve learned,

Through my battles,

A war is fought only by one.

The horizon,

Out in the sky,

Brings word of another fight.

Kill me

This time,

I fear I will not survive.

Find me,

This time,

I know,

The storm is coming my way.

Give me tragedy

Or give me death.

I’ll play happy for now,

But I have an unfortunate life

Guided by an unfortunate desire.

So I’ve heard,

So I’ve heard,

Someone wanted to me.

Now I see,

Once again,

I missed my chance.

Through hardship,

Through the troubles,

I know happiness may prevail.

But in time,

Oh in time,

It can deteriorate.

Kill me

This time,

I fear I will not survive.

Find me,

This time,

I know,

The storm is coming my way.

Earn my freedom,

Cut the chains or hurt myself

Until I fall limp in their hold.

I have an unfortunate life

Guided by an unfortunate desire.

Love.

I want three words for me.

I want three words.

A savior from above.

I want my desire,

I want desire.

An angel to help me.

But don’t weep for me.

Cause I’ve heard,

Cause I’ve heard,

The happiness is coming back.

Help me now,

Help me now,

Give me good feeling.

That ship,

The one that sailed,

Can go on its way.

I can be,

Only me,

And I’ll be happy.

But the storm,

Oh that storm,

Might tear me down.

Don’t know why,

I cannot see,

Why it will.

I can be happy,

I will be happy,

And nothing will break me.

Overdramatic,

Overreaction,

Be gone from my mind.

Kill me

This time,

I fear I will not survive.

Find me,

This time,

I know,

The storm is coming my way.

Let it come,

I will dispel

The storm.

Live and learn,

Or let it die.

I’ll live and learn.

And I won’t die.

I can live without desire,

Live and learn.

I’ll live and learn.

Won’t die today.

So I’ve heard,

So I’ve heard,

The ship is long gone.

Have you heard,

Have you heard,

The man will live.

The End
