Outside it’s a snow globe

This snow is packing foam,
Floating, free falling,
nestling quiet
on the other side of my window.

This snow is the insides
of bean bag chairs
spilling
from atop a movie set
Picturesque.
In February
yet,
"It’s beginning to look a lot
Like Christmas."
