Chrysoberyl

Recommend

It sends a shiver down my spine

Washing over me like the sea

Pulsing through my veins

As cold a the winter wind

That blows off stormy waves

When I stare into the blue

Which had the depths of the sea

And the beauty of a coral reef

Just to find empty nothings

Like a switch has been flicked out

Or a spring that's been dried up

All the life has frozen to ice

And for all that really matters

There's nothing left inside
