Silent Beauty

Recommend

Silent Beauty

Still and silent, but so alive.

Breathtaking beauty, send a silent plea,

Straight to closed hearts and unseeing eyes.

Trying to be noticed, desperate to be seen,

So lovely, so strong - Yet helpless to change.

Built on and Torn down. Weeping unknown tears.

Then seen! Finally looked upon by a caring heart.

Pitied and cried over, for the loss of what was,

But left again - to wait, to wonder, to watch.

Holding on to the shock of love short lived,

Hanging on until someday, maybe seen again.
