She May Turn Up
I hope we can work something out
I'm stuck in a ruthless cycle, but hey life's glorious
Nothing is gonna last forever, but I'll enjoy the trip
I've let myself down so many times
How many times have I slipped?
Maybe I can wait, for a better day to come
As I start looking up
Though the way is shut
I still think nothing's gonna change me
Hey, this night may turn out amazing
I hope we can fall in love again
I'm trapped in my own self-pity, but I'm climbing out
I'm a stronger soul now, I haven't a single doubt
Every possibility is open to me
Though it all sounds like a fantasy
Maybe I can wait, for a better day to come
As I start looking up
Though the way is shut
I still nothing’s gonna change me
Hey, this night may turn out amazing
Oh well, it's my turn soon enough
My share of a piece of luck
Some say I'm unlucky in love
But I'm sure someday she's gonna turn up
