Oh, mother.
Can't you see that I'm breaking inside?
Can't you see this despair in my eyes?
Won't you acknowledge the truth hiding behind your lies?

Dear mother,
You're not the only one without reprieve.
Your cruel mouth opens and you cry out;
"You don't feel this pain you cause! Will you stop it? Please!"

Oh, mother.
I feel the anguish, the pain as if its my own.
This knife, it buries into my chest too.
After all, we can both be very cruel.

But, please, mother
This can only be accomplished by two.
I can't do it by myself,
It has to be me and it has to be you.
