Revival

Darkness will always part for revival

Renewal

The room seems dark from his black eye

So he runs far away, up stairs

He won’t stop ‘til he learns to fly.

Darkness will e’er part for rebirth.

The roof is calm, the man’s not here

He’s afraid to dream, He’s afraid

‘Cuz the man is a puppeteer

Darkness will e’er part for rebirth

The ground is his only escape

Or so he thinks, and so he thinks

He remembers the yellow tape.

Darkness will e’er part for rebirth.

But he will never be alone

A love like mine will be made known

Says the man on the golden throne.

Darkness will e’er part for rebirth.

Not down, the boy looks to the sky,

He steps back from the ledge, and he

Emits a long-awaited sigh.

Darkness will e’er part for rebirth

The End
