Refractive Desires
I remember
That night
Clear as crystal.
We walked,
We talked,
We stopped.
You were beautiful,
We kissed,
The world enveloped
In a sea
Of pure, simple
Passion of hearts
I dare say,
I loved you;
Your pure soul.
Influx of blood,
Rushes of temptation,
Prevailed romance.
But however sweet,
It was just a night,
A night in the shimmering waters.
I miss you dearly.
