Pushed and Pulled

The struggle of the standard teen in a world of peer pressure, trying to grasp who and who not to trust.

I'm swimming in the mainstream

But there are so many flowing streams

I could pull one way, I could pull the other

So I hope you will save me

You ask me to choose

And I try my best to float towards my instinct

I look to you, eyes pleading

But I've chosen wrong; now I'm drowning.

The End
