two dogs active

I live with two dogs

and two dogs live with me,

Two Shetland sheepdogs and me make three.

One is Old Rose, gracious and slow,

One is Cassandra, she's go, go ,go.

Cassie and Rose, one young, one old,

Cassie and Rose, one shy, one bold.

Rose is the one who looks like a miniature Lassie,

The Grey Spotted Bandit, well that would be Cassie.

Sometimes they have fleas, sometimes they do shed,

sometimes they climb up and sleep on my bed.

I live with two dogs

and two dogs live with me,

we scratch at our fleas and leave hair everywhere,

but when push comes to shove, we really don't care.

For we are merely a Scot and his furry old friends,

trying our best to achieve our own ends.
