Poker
I’ll put on my poker face
Then I’ll tango with you
You are so confused
Trying to find out what I’ll do
You try to pull off the mask
And get inside my head
But no I won’t let that happen
You’ll have to wait instead
You walk away from me
And leave me in the dust
Waiting for my charade to crack
To see if my heart is just
My poker face won’t go
Till you put yours down yourself
Just take it off, forever
Leave it on the shelf,
While we play this game
Of slight in the cards
In this game of poker
We find who we really are
