The Man who Stayed a Boy

Your cheeky grin
And boyish ways
Never have failed
To cheer our days

Your mischievous wink
Given when you know
You have wound us up
But we'll let it go

You would roll your eyes
At family games
Rules we'd improvise

The thought I'll never
See that grin again
Or twinkling eyes
Causes me much pain

In our memory
You will always stay
You will have our love
It will never sway

In loving memory of my Uncle James who died on Monday 27th June 2011 at 5am from a heart attack at age 46.

May he rest in peace.

The End
