Lost Inside MyselfMature

She haunts me like a spiritual plague; manifesting in the

Depths of my heart, worming into my affection, she's an infection in

The greatest way; a pulse of maggots beating in the empty cavity, the

Chasm of my chest; lost gravity and pleasant diseases.

I want to tear off the anxiety that resides inside of me and

Slash it apart with a blade, a hard cold gem of anger; set my

Emotions alight again, I am so cold and catatonic.

I am nothing in your eyes but I don't care anymore, indifference is

A safe heaven for the emotionally inept.

The End
