Existential exhaustionMature

take my humanity away
take my sadness,
my vulnerability,
take my senses and my heart,
take me
take me to a mountain colder than ice,
take me to a sun hotter than hell,
take me to a place
where I won't exist.
Take me.
Take me out,
away,
off.
Take my warm body
and my cold skin.
Take my voice,
my sight,
my grasping hands.
Take me.
Take my humanity away,
Take away all that makes me whole,
all that makes me, me.
Take my vulnerability,
my sadness,
take my heart and my head.
Take me.
Take my humanity away,
because after that,
you won't have anything else to take.
