Quietly lost

Says a lot about me and my feelings

Though she's silent to the world

The world which shouts her name

It tells lies of sly mischief

And she bows her head in shame

As the world turns against her favour

Turns towards her friends

Says what is unspoken

And never makes amends

The world which gave her life

Which she had cared for most

Now taken without warning

Now an absent ghost

The sky's not among her reach

For she's left with broken wings

And with no further mention

She's striped of joyous things

The End
