Paper Ragdoll

Paper Ragdoll,

Caught in breeze,

Floats around

Like softest leaf.

Dips and ducks,

And dives and dies.

As the sun turns

In the skies.

Yellow, red,

And green and blue.

Patterns: stripes,

And chequers too;

They plaster up

The doll’s thin frame,

They hide it all-

The dirty shame.

Paper Ragdoll,

Never grounds,

Hides a secret,

Tells no sounds.

Paper Ragdoll,

Caught in breeze

Floats around,

With its forced ease.

The End
