Invisible

If I was invisible, things would be the same-

My voice would go unheard

Nobody would recall my name

My face unrecognized

My feelings still at bay

Lessons none the wise

If I was invisible, it wouldn't change a thing-

I would still be a stranger

Angels would still sing

Fires would still burn

The sun would still set

My heart would still yearn

If I was invisible, the world would still purge-

I would still be all alone

Life would still emerge

I would still find blame

Pain would still exist in me

I would still feel the same

If I was invisible, wouldn't that be a shame

The End
