All Within a Moment

Recommend

Once upon a summer moment,

hiding away from the pain,

I confronted you,

from very far away.

My walls hid your beauty,

but you broke them down.

I was on the edge of it,

about to break down,

but oh. I looked back,

with wonder, perhaps,

only to see you looking.

I broke a smile,

a slight quiver of the mouth.

I’d seen you before,

perhaps in my dreams?

No, it was at the bar,

where I confessed certain things.

I send you this message,

in a hope, that I can have you,

Friday night at seven? :]
