^ Verses 22 - 28

Leader,

Beady eyes glow,

The followers away,

Stomps through the marshland for his cause:

The scent.

Nostrils,

Blood fills them up,

The craving dominates,

Lust and desire control,

Selfish.

Nibbles,

Gnawing through chest,

Skin clinging to sharp claws,

Pulverising bones under foot,

Powerful.

Shattered,

Limp limb in jaw,

Half chewed fingers point down,

Dancing as the mouth manoeuvres,

Swallows.

Movement,

Others are there,

Intently it listens,

Still aware of the luscious smell,

Confused.

Two legs,

Rapid marching,

Call of the human tribe,

Bark of the anger: still hungry,

Endless.

Weapon,

Harshest whistle,

Shot of deadly metal,

As a blade hurtles through the air,

It bites.

The End
