Our Countryside

seen as i live on a farm i would like to give you all a insight on the aspects of it.

Blankets of moss cover the ground

Clouds circle like merry-go-rounds

Bales of hay stacked so neat

Trees scattered in perfect pleats

Bunny rabbits play all day

Farmers in tractors bale the hay

Sweet smelling corn - birds infest

Fat beefy cattle at their best

Winter comes cold spells reign

Slippy ground, trouble again

Frost bitten toes by toasty fires

Snow angels made with kid's desires

Quad bikes roam, brambled hills

High in the sky go petrol bills

Sheep dogs run and livestock scatter

Bleating sheep as dogs go at 'um

The End
