all my fingers want to do is count prayer beadsMature

God, how i want to stop writing about love.
About the violent, gruesome, messy, mercurial storm
that swallows us whole and eats us alive.
This is how it’s left me, tattered and shaking,
heart bruised and glowing like stained glass,
nothing but prayers able to fall from my lips.

The End
