Open marriage

The good, the bad, the ugly

Can a marriage ever truly be open?
how could such a relation be defined?
share ourselves with many others
yet with each other remain entwined?

How could violent emotions be suppressed?
when your assignations consume time
Your other half perhaps grows bitter
while you engage in feelings sublime

Perhaps fidelity is quite overrated
monogamy, a product of civilized society
Stripped of our morals, what do we become
so easy, to slip into impropriety

The End
